Mobile, AL- Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries Reported on I-10 near I-65

Mobile, AL (October 14, 2022) – A traffic collision took place in the Mobile area that resulted in injuries on Wednesday afternoon. On October 12, the Mobile Police Department responded to the site of a collision on Interstate 10.

According to local law enforcement, during the afternoon hours, several vehicles collided on Interstate 10 in the area near Interstate 65. The incident resulted in multiple subsequent collisions taking place down the roadway between Interstate 65 and the Riviere Du Chien overpass. An additional accident took place near Dauphin Island Parkway

Six people suffered were left with injuries following this traffic collision. The victims were transported by ambulance units to area hospitals for further care. The Mobile Fire-Rescue responded to the scene to assist.

The Mobile Police Department is investigating the crash at this time.
