Prichard, AL (April 23, 2022) – One man has lost his life as a result of a pedestrian accident on Thursday evening in the Prichard area. At around 8:30 p.m., on April 21, the Prichard police responded to the scene of an auto accident on St Stephens Road.
Reports provided by The Prichard Police Department show that a 42-year-old man was walking on St Stephens Road near the Piggly Wiggly. For unknown reasons, he was struck by a vehicle passing through the area.
The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries as a result of the accident. He was pronounced deceased by the police.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
